Every Company/Organisation MUST HAVE a Fire Risk Assessment. It is now a legal requirement, (The Regulatory Reform Order Oct 2006).

The Risk Assessment requires ‘The Responsible Person’ to have detailed knowledge and experience to assess the fire safety within the premise and put their name to the report.

building in terms of fire safety. It will illustrate how the hazards are distinguished and how each risk is evaluated.

The Fire Risk Assessment will identify ways to prevent, contain and compartmentalise fire. The report will examine and assess means of escape, and appropriate fire safety training. It will identify the fire safety
equipment.

Recommendations for improvements will be prioritized to assist budgetary constraints.
